The venue is open for public and private sessions throughout the week. Private arrangements are welcome outside standard hours.

Booking questions

Quick answers about reservations, payments and cancellations.

We recommend booking at least one week ahead, especially for weekend and Gold packages. Short-notice requests are sometimes possible — contact us to confirm.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer and cash on arrival by prior arrangement. Full payment is required to confirm a reservation.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event receive a full refund. Within 72 hours, we offer a reschedule credit. No-shows are not refunded.

Yes. Free on-site parking is available for guests, and additional street parking can be found on North Road.
